Do you Believe in the Sign of Zeta?
A kit that was made for the commemoration (hoped I spelt it correctly) of the Zeta Gundam - A New Translation
movies, the ver 2.0 of Zeta. The differences between this and the older kit is very obvious, especially in terms of the flexibility
and design. It shows a more skinny and sharper look, very close to the anime shown. An extra display stand is also given to
it for posing it in MS and Waverider mode ( I will transform it to Waverider mode when I feel confident... Don't wish to spoil
the airbrushed paintwork I did on it!). A nice and superb kit with minimal customization.
1. Upper Body
I turned the white area joining the arms to the body upside down, giving the Zeta Gundam a stronger feel.
The biceps, triceps and forearms are sanded to make it give a more sharp feeling. The fingers were cut out so it can all move
individually, but beware, it causes it to lose its strength of holding on to heavier weaponry (not advised to do so on the
right hand).
2. Lower Body
The front skirt armor had been sanded at the bottom, making the edges sharper then normal. The knees armor
also had slight modification of sharpening the ends. The feet was changed to the Zeta Plus C1's feet instead, giving the legs
a longer and sharper feel. So were the armor just above the feet.
3. Shield
A very minor change was done to the shield by adding plastic sheets to its tip to make it sharper instead
of the rounded end.
